Job summary

LOGS Legal Group LLP, a pioneer in creditors’ rights law, seeks an Associate General Counsel to join our in-house team on a remote basis. You will provide guidance on contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance to ensure regulatory obligations are met for clients and regulators.

The ideal candidate has a J.D., admission to at least one U.S. jurisdiction, 5–10 years of relevant experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently or

Qualifications

• J.D. and active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 5–10 years of relevant legal experience, including substantial commercial-contracting responsibility.
• Experience managing litigation and outside counsel.
• Experience supporting corporate governance and entity management.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate client retention, vendor, technology, licensing, confidentiality, and other commercial agreements.
• Advise business leaders on contractual, regulatory, operational, and reputational risk.
• Manage contract matters from intake through execution.
