Job summary

A leading recruitment solutions provider is seeking an experienced Attorney for a temporary Associate General Counsel position. This is a fully remote position but prefers candidates in Washington, D.C. The role involves managing various contracts, providing legal guidance for grant programs, and ensuring compliance with corporate governance standards. Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant corporate law experience, experience in non-profit is a plus.
• Licensed to practice law in Washington, D.C.
• Strong understanding of general corporate law and various contracts.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate agreements.
• Provide legal support for Early Care and Education grant programs.
• Manage the full lifecycle of grant programs.
• Ensure compliance with government contracts and grant requirements.
• Support grantees and manage compliance issues.
