Responsibilities

• Lead problem intake and discovery with stakeholders to define the customer problem and desired outcomes.
• Develop and validate business cases, value hypotheses, ROI analyses, and investment needs.
• Plan and govern solution development from intake through launch readiness, with clear milestones and ownership.
• Assess AI, automation, and generative‑AI opportunities and incorporate them into use‑cases and business cases.
• Prepare governance materials and executive‑level decisions with evidence, economics, and risks.
• Coordinate commercialization and launch activities with stakeholders and enablement teams.
