Job summary

NTT DATA Services is seeking a Data & AI Specialized Sr Client Partner - Commercial (Remote - US) to drive strategic growth and transformation within the Commercial sector. The role focuses on data, analytics, and AI-led innovation, partnering with executives to unlock value from data and modernize technology landscapes.

You will lead complex client engagements, guide delivery teams, and develop account strategies while maintaining strong client satisfaction and growth momentum across the US

Qualifications

• 15+ years of Data & Analytics experience (Data Architecture, Data Quality, MDM, Snowflake, Databricks, etc)
• 8+ years within the professional services industry
• 15+ years of proven success in account or client management roles
• 8+ years of experience in Commercial industries including P&L management, financial oversight, and deal structuring
• 8+ years of experience leading and developing delivery teams
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to travel 25%+ as needed

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture long-term, strategic partnerships with clients through continuous engagement
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of client engagements and identify new business opportunities
• Manage a $5M+ portfolio with accountability for revenue growth and client satisfaction
• Develop and execute account and business plans to achieve growth targets
• Lead the deal-shaping process with compelling presentations for executives
• Engage and influence C-suite and senior leadership to strengthen relationships
• Maintain a 50% utilization target while balancing delivery and growth
• Provide coaching and mentorship to team members and future leaders
