Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in learning, with oncology/pharma experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work exp, plus relevant background.
• 10+ years of related experience in learning and development or pharma.
• Experience facilitating/ delivering learning in oncology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as business advisor to Oncology leaders to align learning with strategy.
• Define learning plans, prioritize portfolio, and ensure integration with GL&D.
• Design, deliver, and measure impact of learning solutions with internal/external partners.
• Collaborate with HR and SMEs to integrate learning with talent initiatives.
• Forecast, manage risks, and ensure compelling learner experiences.
