Job summary

Merck is seeking an Associate Director in Global Learning & Development to partner with Oncology Business Leaders and accelerate capability development to drive business outcomes. The role translates business goals into learning strategies and oversees design and delivery through internal and external colleagues.

Qualifications

Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
10+ years of related experience in learning and development or pharma/oncology.
Experience facilitating and delivering learning solutions in a business context.

Responsibilities

Serve as main contact for Oncology Business Leaders.
Align leaders on implications of decisions for employee learning and outcomes.
Develop business understanding to maximize impact on outcomes.
Determine learning strategies based on identified needs and gaps.
Prioritize and manage portfolio of work and Learner Experience.
Partner with HR and design teams to integrate learning solutions.
