Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Director of Business Development (Healthcare) for a remote role in the United States. You will proactively develop prospecting strategies, work with sales and marketing on client engagement plans, and prepare briefs for executives using research and sales tools.

The position targets high-level meetings and strategic opportunities in healthcare-focused facilities management and CRE tech.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the Healthcare sector.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and building pipelines.
• Experience in Facilities Management, Portfolio Services, or Commercial Real Estate Technology.
• Strong strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to create compelling presentations using case studies and market insights.

Responsibilities

• Proactively develop and implement prospecting strategies for targeted accounts.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to create client engagement plans.
• Prepare detailed briefs for executives using research and sales tools.
• Field inbound leads and initiate outbound prospecting campaigns.
