DrFirst in the United States is seeking a Director of Client Strategy to connect clinical expertise, data analytics, and commercial execution within the Commercial Performance Team. You will translate complex healthcare data into compelling stories, support sales cycles with analytics, and help pharma partners, EHR vendors, and health systems realize measurable value.

Qualifications

• Advanced clinical degree (PharmD, MD, or RN) required or strongly preferred.
• 3–5 years of clinical practice or healthcare industry experience.
• 3+ years in a commercial, sales enablement, analytics, or client-facing role in Healthcare IT/pharma.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and outcomes measurement.
• Experience with clinical data analytics, KPI development, and performance reporting.
• Proficiency in data visualization and executive-ready presentations.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical expertise during complex sales cycles and articulate value propositions across DrFirst's solutions.
• Create client-facing analytics and support GTM strategy and market positioning.
• Collaborate with measurement and data teams to develop KPI frameworks and models.
• Serve as data SME for customer presentations and value demonstrations.
• Develop case studies and sales collateral highlighting data-driven impact.
• Support EHR partner strategy with reporting and outcomes measurement.
• Bridge Data, Sales and Marketing for analytics requests and evidence generation.
