Job summary

Prompt is seeking an Associate Client Success Manager (B2B SaaS) to support rehab therapy teams across the United States. After onboarding, you will transition to a full Client Success Manager, training clients, optimizing Go-Live adoption, and building strong relationships to demonstrate product value.

Ideal candidates have a rehab therapy background, strong software skills, and excellent communication. The role offers a remote/hybrid environment with competitive salaries and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in outpatient physical therapy clinics.
• Very strong technical skills operating various software platforms.
• Proficient in MS Excel and able to learn new software quickly.
• Clinical background and/or licensed rehab therapist with healthcare SaaS interest.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships as a strategic partner.
• Support onboarding and post-Go-Live adoption to maximize product value.
• Lead client training webinars and coordinate with the support channel.
• Respond to client inquiries with deep product knowledge across offerings.
• Downgrade/churn discussions to illustrate value and retention opportunities.
• Collaborate with teams to implement improvement opportunities.
