Job summary

Prompt Therapy Solutions, Inc is seeking an Associate Client Success Manager to help rehab therapy teams maximize value from Prompt's B2B SaaS platform. After onboarding, you become a full CSM, training customers, ensuring Go Live success, and driving adoption.

You will build relationships, respond to client inquiries, deliver trainings, and collaborate with Support, Billing, and Customer Success teams. A clinical background in outpatient therapy is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient physical therapy clinics required.
• Strong technical skills with diverse software platforms.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and data handling.
• Passion for learning new software and systems.
• Clinical background or licensed rehab therapist.
• Experience with EMR systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable with multiple software tools in live environments.
• Motivated for fast-paced work with occasional after-hours.
• Willing to grow quickly into greater responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships as a strategic partner.
• Promote loyalty and help teams adopt Prompt Plus and premium offerings.
• Understand product offerings to answer inquiries effectively.
• Provide onboarding expertise and therapy business insights during onboarding.
• Lead Q&A webinars with clinical management and staff.
• Escalate tickets with the support team and define workflows.
• Assist clients choosing downgrades or churn and communicate value.
• Assist in onboarding of new clients.
• Coordinate with Client Experience, Billing Success, and CS teams.
• Collaborate on improvement opportunities with management.
