Launch Tennessee is looking for an Associate Client Success Manager to support rehab therapy businesses by ensuring optimal product usage and client satisfaction. This remote role will involve building relationships with clients, providing training, and assisting them post-launch.

The ideal candidate should have a background in outpatient physical therapy clinics and strong technical skills, especially in software use. Additionally, they should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be ready to tackle challenges while promoting success for clients.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in outpatient physical therapy clinics.
• Very strong technical skills operating various software platforms.
• Highly proficient in MS Excel.
• Understanding and learning software must be a passion of yours.
• Clinical background and/or licensed rehab therapist is required.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with clients as a strategic partner.
• Ensure long-term client success by presenting product information.
• Develop understanding of product offerings to respond to inquiries.
• Assist in onboarding new clients.
