Safeguard Law Group, PLLC. in Indiana is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to join our consumer protection practice. The position offers remote work with occasional court appearances and a $90,000 annual salary.

You will draft pleadings and legal memoranda, manage a busy Indiana caseload, and communicate with the main office in New York by email and video meetings. The ideal candidate is admitted to practice in Indiana, has at least one year of experience, strong organizational and writing

Qualifications

• Must be admitted to practice law in Indiana.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience at a law firm.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and supervising a heavy caseload in Indiana.
• Communicating with clients regarding their matters.
• Drafting pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda; reviewing and drafting agreements.
• Communicating with opposing parties to resolve/settle claims.
• Conducting legal research in contract and consumer law.
