Qualifications

• Background in civil litigation and court proceedings.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local laws; ability to analyze case law.
• Experience in collection law is preferred.
• Ability to draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and related documents.

Responsibilities

• Review correspondence and files to determine suit viability and prepare for trials.
• Represent clients in pre- and post-judgment matters.
• Attend court hearings and provide risk analysis insights.
• Draft and edit pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Ensure compliance with consumer laws and regulations.
• Manage own caseload efficiently.
