Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Orem, UT is seeking an Associate Attorney to manage collection and litigation matters in a high-volume practice. The ideal candidate will have strong written, analytical, and oral advocacy skills and thrive in a fast-paced legal environment.

You will handle motions, represent clients in court, and oversee caseloads while meeting client goals. JD from an accredited law school and California bar admission are required; FDCPA familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in California.
• Experience with FDCPA or familiarity with UCC Article 9 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from demand to judgment.
• Prepare and present motions, including MSJ.
• Represent clients in court hearings (telephonic and in-person).
• Address escalated and time-sensitive cases.
• Oversee caseload to align with client goals.
