- Location: Remote-Alabama; Travel: Local court‑related travel required
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in foreclosure, bankruptcy, and related court proceedings.
- Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
- Attend court hearings in person and virtually.
- Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.
