LOGS Legal Group LLP is seeking an Associate Attorney in Alabama to join a technology-driven team focused on creditors’ rights. You will represent clients in foreclosure, bankruptcy, and related proceedings, draft filings, and appear in court, collaborating with experienced attorneys and a support staff.

The role requires Alabama bar admission, 3-5+ years of experience, and strong writing and analytical abilities. Remote-Alabama location allows local travel to courts as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Alabama (required).
• 3-5+ years of experience (all qualified applicants considered).
• Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and driven.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings.
• Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Attend court hearings in person and virtually.
• Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.
• Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice.
