Ideal candidates hold NY admission, 3+ years in default servicing/evictions/collections, and strong legal writing and analytical skills. The position supports a fast-paced, tech-forward environment with collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in New York
• 3+ years of experience working in default servicing/evictions/collections preferred (all qualified applicants considered)

Responsibilities

• Represent financial institutions in related court proceedings
• Manage case workflow; ensure compliance with client requirements, laws, and court rules
• Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence
• Attend court hearings both in-person and virtually
• Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff
• Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice
