LOGS Legal Group LLP is seeking an Associate Attorney with experience in creditors’ rights to join our New York team. This remote opportunity requires residence in the greater tristate area with the ability to appear in various counties downstate.

As part of a fast-paced, tech-forward firm, you will represent financial institutions in related court proceedings, manage case workflows, draft motions, and attend hearings, in-person or virtual. This role offers strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in New York.
• 3+ years of evictions experience preferred.
• Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and driven.

Responsibilities

• Represent financial institutions in related court proceedings.
• Manage case workflow and ensure compliance with client requirements, laws, and court rules.
• Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Attend court hearings both in-person and virtually.
• Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.
• Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice.
