Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice law in Tennessee.
• 3–5+ years of experience in foreclosure, bankruptcy, litigation, or related areas.
• Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and driven.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related proceedings.
• Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Attend court hearings in person and virtually.
• Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.
• Deliver client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice.
