LOGS Legal Group LLP is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Illinois team. The attorney will provide comprehensive representation across foreclosure, bankruptcy, litigation, and related matters, working with experienced attorneys and an operations team under a managing attorney.

Licensed in Illinois and 0-3+ years experience are required; strong writing, communication and analytical skills are essential. This is a remote role based in IL, with local court travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Illinois required.
• 0-3+ years of experience considered.
• Strong legal writing, communication and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized and driven.
• Litigation, bankruptcy or collections experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin and related court proceedings.
• Draft and review motions, pleadings and correspondence.
• Attend court hearings in person and virtually.
• Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.
• Deliver client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice.
