LOGS Legal Group LLP is seeking a Senior Associate Attorney for a remote role based in Tennessee. The candidate will handle foreclosure, bankruptcy and related matters, drafting motions and attending hearings, with oversight from a managing attorney and collaboration with a support team.

Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of experience, strong writing and analytical skills, and a Tennessee license; multi-state licensure and bankruptcy court licensure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Tennessee to practice law.
• 5+ years of experience in foreclosure, bankruptcy, or related fields.
• Strong legal writing, communication and analytical skills.
• Willingness to work in a high-volume practice with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin and related court proceedings.
• Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Attend court hearings in person and virtually.
• Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.
• Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice.
