You will draft motions, pleadings, and correspondences while coordinating with experienced lawyers and support staff to deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Tennessee.
• 3–5+ years of experience in the relevant practice areas.
• Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and driven.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings.
• Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Attend court hearings in person and virtually.
• Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.
• Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice.
