Job summary

LOGS Legal Group LLP is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our New York team. The role is remote (must reside in the greater tristate area) with travel to court in designated counties.

You will draft, review motions and pleadings, manage high-volume workflows, and provide client-focused legal services for creditors’ rights matters. Requirements include NY admission and 3+ years experience in default servicing/evictions/collections; strong writing, communication, and analytical skills are

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in New York.
• 3+ years of experience in creditors’ rights/default servicing/evictions/collections preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent financial institutions in related court proceedings.
• Manage case workflow and ensure compliance with client requirements, laws, and court rules; draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Attend court hearings both in-person and virtually.
• Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.
• Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice.
