Candidates must be admitted to the Indiana bar, have at least one year of experience, and demonstrate strong organizational, written and oral communication skills with high ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Must be admitted to practice law in Indiana.
• Minimum 1 year of law firm experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
• Highest ethical standards and professional integrity.
• Strong interpersonal skills across all levels.
• Legal research skills; LexisNexis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and supervise a heavy and diversified caseload in Indiana.
• Communicate with clients regarding matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda; review/draft agreements.
• Communicate with opposing parties to resolve/settle claims.
• Conduct legal research on contract and consumer law issues.
• Travel for in court appearances as needed.
