Qualifications

• Must be admitted to practice law in Illinois.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience at a law firm.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to meet deadlines.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Highest ethical standards and professional integrity.
• Strong interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.
• Proficient legal research; LexisNexis experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a heavy and diversified caseload in Illinois.
• Communicate with clients regarding matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda.
• Draft and review agreements; interact with opposing parties.
• Conduct legal research in contract and consumer law.
• Travel for in-court appearances as required.
