Responsibilities

• Maintain a heavy and diversified caseload of the Firm’s clients in Arizona.
• Communicate with clients regarding their matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda; review and draft agreements.
• Communicate with opposing parties to resolve/settle claims.
• Conduct legal research related to consumer protection and contract law.
• Travel for in-court appearances as required.
