New Engen is seeking a Senior Strategy Lead to drive influencer marketing strategy, pricing, and performance insights. You will own the strategic direction and partner with Account Leads to translate data into compelling client strategies.

You will shape campaign positioning, lead RFP strategy, and collaborate with Analytics to turn results into actionable opportunities. The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership and ongoing team development.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Senior Strategy Lead, you’ll serve as the strategic and analytical brain of the pod, owning the strategic direction behind influencer marketing recommendations and partnering with Account Leads to turn data, insights, and market trends into compelling client strategies. You’ll shape campaign positioning and pricing, identify opportunities to optimize performance and drive growth, and ensure our recommendations are grounded in insight, differentiated, and built to deliver meaningful results.

Shape Campaign Strategy
Own campaign positioning and pricing strategy across accounts, developing recommendations that are strategically sound, competitive, margin-conscious, and aligned with client goals.

Lead RFP Strategy
Partner with Account Leads to lead RFP strategy, pricing, and positioning, translating client needs into clear, differentiated recommendations that strengthen our approach and set our work apart.

Turn Data Into Action
Partner closely with Analytics to translate campaign performance into actionable insights, proactively identifying opportunities for mid-campaign optimization, upsells, and stronger future programs.

Build Compelling Performance Stories
Lead the strategic narrative within campaign recaps, connecting performance and findings to meaningful insights, clear recommendations, and opportunities for what comes next.

Elevate How We Work
Develop and evolve strategic frameworks, pricing models, and best practices for the pod while staying current on influencer marketing trends, platform changes, and the competitive landscape.

Develop the Strategy Team
Provide strategic oversight, feedback, and coaching to Strategists, delegating opportunities for increased ownership while raising the quality and consistency of strategic thinking across the pod.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 6–9 years of experience in strategy, planning, or analytics within a digital, social, or agency marketing environment.


• Deep expertise in influencer marketing, including campaign structures, creator economics, platform nuances, and performance metrics.


• Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to translate complex data and campaign performance into clear, actionable strategic recommendations.


• Experience developing pricing strategies and media plans within an agency environment.


• Demonstrated experience leading RFP strategy, campaign positioning, and strategic recommendations for clients.


• Strong executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently lead strategic conversations with clients and senior internal stakeholders.


• A collaborative mindset and demonstrated ability to partner effectively across Account, Analytics, Media, and Creator Operations teams.


• Experience coaching and developing Strategists or other junior team members through feedback, oversight, and delegation.

Salary Range: $85,000–$120,000 USD annually

Compensation for each opportunity is determined based on the applicable labor market, the scope and structure of the role or engagement, and the individual’s qualifications and experience.
