Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks an Assistant General Counsel for Archimedes to lead a legal team and provide day‑to‑day support on contracts, regulatory matters, and strategic initiatives.

The role requires a JD/LLM from an ABA‑accredited school, 6+ years in law, and PBM or health insurance industry experience. Licensure in at least one US state is needed, with Wisconsin preferred. Remote options may be available to support national coverage.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate, LLM or equivalent from an ABA-accredited law school required.
• License to practice law in at least one US state; Wisconsin license preferred.
• 6+ years of legal experience; direct PBM or health insurance industry experience required.
• Experience drafting, negotiating contracts and advising on regulatory matters.

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis and counsel on contracts, statutes and regulations across multiple domains.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex vendor, client and employment contracts.
• Ensure compliance with laws and Archimedes' policies; support governance initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align legal strategy with business goals.
• Research statutes and regulatory developments affecting products and services.
