Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required or equivalent

• Broad, hands-on expertise across end-to-end accounting operations and audits

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting operations including monthly, quarterly, and annual close
• Ensure timely and accurate GAAP-compliant financial reporting
• Manage treasury activities, cash forecasting, and bank relationships
• Coordinate with external auditors and support annual financial statements
• Partner with operations and leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
• Develop and mentor accounting staff and drive process improvements
