Job summary

Ivy Tech Community College is seeking a part-time proctor to coordinate day-to-day testing services on campus and virtually, ensuring compliant proctoring for Ivy Tech students and outside candidates.

Under supervision, you will schedule exams, manage materials, train new proctors, maintain records, and support distance education and Make Up testing procedures while staying current with policies.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred.
• Must have a valid driver2s license and be insurable under the college2s driver criteria.
• Must be able to travel to sites to administer tests.
• Must demonstrate ability to promote an inclusive environment reflecting diversity.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, confidentiality, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day administration and proctoring of certification and academic exams on campus and virtually.
• Provide proctoring services for Ivy Tech students and non-Ivy Tech candidates.
• Maintain records of assessment services and supply to college offices.
• Assist with scheduling testing center activity.
• Maintain inventory of testing materials, vouchers, score units, etc.
• Develop and maintain procedures for the Testing Center and train new proctors.
• Help oversee Distance Education and Make Up testing forms and procedures.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the center in the absence of the Testing Services Manager.
