Job summary

Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana is seeking an exam proctor to deliver certification, assessment, and distance education exam administration across campus locations. The role requires proctoring for Ivy Tech students and non-Ivy Tech examinees, with training and virtual proctoring certification.

You will maintain records, assist with scheduling, and support CNA/QMA testing, with occasional regional travel and flexible hours.

Qualifications

High School Diploma required.
Must have internet connection and ability to work from home when required.

Responsibilities

Provide certification, assessment, and distance education exam administration.
Proctor exams for Ivy Tech students and non-Ivy Tech students following policies and procedures.
Complete required proctor and employee training; stay current with exam protocol changes.
Become certified in virtual proctoring.
Provide limited hardware and software troubleshooting, including calls to instructors or vendor technical support.
Maintain accurate records of all assessment services and report to appropriate offices in a timely basis.
Adjust testing procedures for individuals as directed by the DSS Coordinator prior to testing sessions.
Work with Health Sciences staff to schedule and proctor CNA and/or QMA exams.
Assist with scheduling center activity; respond to customer queries.
Promote, demonstrate, and maintain a professional manner and appearance.
Be willing to work flexible and expanded hours and travel for events.
Other related duties as required.
