Job summary

Ivy Tech Community College is seeking a Proctor in Testing Services for the Indianapolis campus. The role requires coordinating on-site and virtual proctoring for exams, ensuring security and accuracy, and supporting the Testing Center Director and team.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, strong computer skills, and excellent customer service. Proctoring is available Monday–Saturday with flexible daytime and evening hours at the downtown Indianapolis campus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Strong computer skills including word processing and spreadsheets.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Administer exams and certifications per vendor requirements and procedures.
• Conduct on-site virtual testing and in-person proctoring.
• Maintain exam security and confidentiality at all times.
• Schedule, approve, cancel, and update appointments using the statewide system.
