Job summary

Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana is seeking a part-time Assessment Center Proctor to administer exams and manage documentation in the Testing Services.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and two years Assessment Center experience required.
• A working knowledge of computers is essential.
• Excellent word processing and spreadsheet computing skills are required.
• Must exhibit excellent interpersonal communication, telephone, confidentiality, and customer service skills.
• Job requires flexibility and the ability to multitask.
• Willingness and patience to answer questions from fellow proctors and to assist in launching and concluding exams.
• Requires the ability to hear, talk, see, read and write on a constant basis.

Responsibilities

• Administer exams through Testing Services.
• Schedule appointments and determine candidate eligibility and exam availability.
• Input data as required.
• Learn testing software and document results.
• Participate in vendor training.
• Maintain FERPA compliance.
