Job summary

Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana is seeking a part-time proctoring coordinator to oversee day-to-day testing operations and proctor exams both on campus and virtually. The role requires travel to sites, valid driver’s license, and excellent interpersonal skills.

You will manage scheduling, documentation, and training while ensuring inclusive service for a diverse student and staff population. Compelling benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred; must have ability to travel to testing sites and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Promote an inclusive environment reflecting the diverse backgrounds of students and staff.
• Excellent interpersonal, confidentiality and customer service skills are required.
• Ability to interpret complex assessment instructions and use problem-solving to make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day administration and proctoring of certification and academic exams on campus and virtually.
• Provide proctoring services for Ivy Tech students and non-Ivy Tech candidates following established protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of all assessment services and report to college offices.
• Assist in scheduling testing center activities and manage center operations in the absence of the Testing Services Manager.
• Train new proctors and update training as procedures change.
