Job summary

AAA Club Alliance in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor for a full-time, in-person role. You will greet customers, review repair options, and guide them through the service process while coordinating with technicians and service staff to ensure clear communication and timely results.

Base pay starts at $19.35 per hour with additional earning potential through monthly bonuses, spiffs, and contests.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in automotive industry or 3+ years in fast-paced customer service/sales preferred.
• ASE certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer calls, and schedule appointments promptly and courteously.
• Review recommended repairs with customers to ensure clarity and understanding.
• Communicate updates if costs, timing, or scope changes and document approvals.
• Distribute work to shop technicians and track progress for timely, high-quality results.
• Coordinate warranty repairs, towing, shuttles, or rental vehicles as needed.
• Monitor upcoming inspections and maintenance schedules and notify customers when due.
