Job summary

IPolarity LLC is seeking an experienced AS400 Technical Lead for a remote W2 role. You will drive technical leadership, solution design, estimation and reviews for mission-critical IBM i applications, including BRE extraction and STTM documentation. Strong client interaction is required.

The candidate should have 8+ years of AS400+COBOL experience, with expertise in COBOL, RPGLE, CL/CLLE, and DB2/400. Legacy modernization, reverse engineering, and BRE are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of AS400 and COBOL experience required.
• Legacy modernization and reverse engineering experience preferred.
• BRE (Business Rules Extraction) experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and BRE extraction for mission-critical applications.
• Prepare STTM documents and provide technical leadership.
• Mentor development teams and conduct code reviews with clients.
