Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on COBOL AS400 / COBOL ILE coding experience
• iSeries / IBM AS400 (Mid-Range) experience
• COBOL / COBOL ILE / COBOL/400 expertise
• SQL and DB2/400 proficiency
• ACMS / MOM familiarity
• ILE and CLLE knowledge

Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand functional and technical requirements
• Work with business and capability teams to refine requirements
• Guide the team while remaining hands-on with development
• Build robust, efficient, and effective solutions
• Identify opportunities to optimize applications
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development
• Lead teams in an onshore/offshore model
• Contribute to continuous integration, improvement, and learning
• Help develop the team's functional and technical technology roadmap
• Coordinate directly with clients for requirement clarification and solution discussions
