Job summary

Qualifications
- 9+ years of IT experience with AS400 applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with AS400 environments.
- Programming with RPG and COBOL/400.
- Experience with CLLE.
- Experience with SQLRPGLE.
- Experience with DB2/400.
- Experience leading technical delivery and cross-functional teams.
- Strong stakeholder and client-facing communication.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery and hands-on coding across AS400, COBOL, RPG, and CL environments.
- Lead cross-functional technical teams and manage delivery governance.
- Interface with client SMEs, resolve dependencies, and secure sign-offs on extracted business rules.
- Provide executive status reporting including progress, risks, and financials.
