Job summary

Blaser Swisslube USA is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our sales team. Reporting to the Sales Director, the ideal candidate will bring extensive metalworking industry knowledge, with deep machining process and tooling experience, and strong customer service skills.

You will recruit and support distributor networks, manage training classes, and drive VBSS-style solutions while coordinating with internal teams. Travel to key accounts and field visits will be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in metalworking industry with knowledge of machining processes.
• Strong sales, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Computer literate with MS Office and CRM software.
• Excellent command of English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Inform and excite distributor sales force about our offerings.
• Coordinate distributor training and administrative tasks between Distributor Organization and Blaser Swisslube.
• Build and maintain distributor relationships to grow sales.
• Plan and review quarterly with distributor management to track progress and adjust POA.
• Travel domestically up to 40% to visit distributor and customer sites.
