Job summary

Gutor, a leading international UPS systems manufacturer, seeks an Area Sales & Business Development Manager to expand market share within the nuclear power industry. The role focuses on customer development, service, and key accounts across assigned regions, with an emphasis on strategy deployment and end-to-end customer experience.

The ASM will identify new opportunities, build long-term relationships, and collaborate across regions to secure profitable orders while aligning with Gutor’s global

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering or related field; Navy Nuclear Power School may be considered.
• Minimum 5 years of sales or business development in electrical power equipment, industrial automation, or related sector.
• Experience with nuclear industry including utilities, EPCs, engineering firms.

Responsibilities

• Formulate strategies to meet market demands and growth targets.
• Develop long-term relationships with nuclear utilities, EPCs and influencers.
• Prepare technical and commercial quotations with Tendering team support.
• Collaborate with Gutor sales teams and other regions on international projects.
• Ensure orders targets are achieved monthly, quarterly, and annually.
