Job summary

Gutor, a leading UPS systems manufacturer, is seeking an Area Sales & Business Development Manager to grow its nuclear market share within the assigned territory. The ASM will drive strategy, build long-term relationships with utilities, EPCs, and engineering firms, and lead tendering and project execution to secure profitable orders.

The role requires developing opportunities, aligning with global go-to-market approaches, and ensuring a best-in-class customer experience throughout the lifecycle

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales or business development experience in electrical power equipment or related industrial technology sector.
• Experience with the nuclear power industry and related organizations.
• Strong knowledge of electrical equipment areas: generators, transformers, switchgear, electrical distribution and protection equipment, industrial automation.
• Familiarity with nuclear quality standards (NQA-1 and 10 CFR 50 Appendix B).

Responsibilities

• Formulate strategies to meet market demands and growth targets.
• Map key customers and influencers and build long-term relationships.
• Perform technical and sales presentations as required.
• Prepare technical and commercial quotations for FEED, EPC stage bids and related projects.
• Collaborate with regional teams to coordinate international projects.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual orders targets.
