Job summary

PHC Corporation of North America (PHCNA) is seeking an Area Sales Manager for New England. The role focuses on developing relationships, achieving sales targets, and partnering with Key Accounts and Channel Partners. Remote work with the ideal candidate based in the greater Boston area.

You will travel to client sites, provide product training, develop strategic plans, and address customer needs with PHCNA's capital equipment portfolio in pharma, biotech, healthcare, and life sciences sectors.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years’ direct sales experience with demonstrated sales results.
Experience selling capital equipment.
Experience with pharma, biotech, healthcare, or life science industries.
Willingness to travel overnight up to 30%.

Responsibilities

Achieves monthly, quarterly, annual sales targets.
Regularly travels to client sites (at least three days per week).
Conduct product training for customers and channels.
Develop and understand sales plans and objectives and proactively develop plans to achieve sales goals.
Address customer business and scientific needs by engaging in meaningful dialogue to determine PHCNA solutions and best distribution channels.
Monitor competitors’ pricing and promotion strategy.
