Job summary

PHC Corporation of North America (PHCNA) is seeking an Area Sales Manager for New England. This remote role is based in the greater Boston area and focuses on driving revenue growth with key accounts and channel partners within the territory.

You will travel up to 30% overnight, conduct product trainings, develop strategic sales plans, and address customer needs with informed, biomedical-focused solutions. The position reports to the sales organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years direct sales experience with proven results.
• Experience selling capital equipment.
• Experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare/life science.
• Willing to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Achieves monthly, quarterly, annual sales targets.
• Regularly travels to client sites (at least three days per week).
• Conduct product training for customers and channels.
• Develop and understand sales plans and objectives and proactively develop plans to achieve sales goals.
• Understand and address business and scientific needs of customers with PHCNA solutions.
• Monitor competitors’ pricing and promotion strategy.
