The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least five years of direct sales experience with proven results, including capital equipment sales. Occasional overnight travel up to 30% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 5 years direct sales experience with demonstrated results.
• Experience selling capital equipment is highly preferred.
• Experience selling in pharma, biotech, healthcare, or life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the New England area to maximize sales.
• Engage with Key Accounts, marketing, Channel Partners, and customers.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Travel to client sites regularly (up to 30% overnight).
• Conduct product training for customers and channels.
• Develop and execute sales plans and objectives to meet goals.
• Identify customer needs and determine best distribution channels.
