PHC Corporation of North America (PHCNA) is seeking an Area Sales Manager for New England to drive growth across pharma, biotech and life sciences accounts. This remote-friendly role targets expanding key relationships and advancing capital equipment sales in the region.

Based in the greater Boston area, you will travel up to 30% overnight, conduct product training, develop strategic sales plans, and strive to meet monthly and quarterly targets while addressing customer needs with PHCNA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years of direct sales with proven results.
• Experience selling capital equipment is highly preferred.
• Experience selling to pharma, biotech, healthcare and life sciences segments.
• Willing to travel overnight up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Achieves monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Regularly travels to client sites (3 days per week).
• Provides product training for customers and channel partners.
• Develops and executes sales plans to hit goals.
• Addresses customer needs with PHCNA solutions and channel strategies.
• Monitors competitors' pricing and promotions.
