Job summary

PHCNA is seeking an Area Sales Manager for New England to expand our regional footprint in the life sciences market. This remote role requires hands-on account management, channel partnerships, and technical product knowledge to meet customer needs.

The successful candidate will travel regularly (up to 30%) to client sites, train customers, develop sales plans, and collaborate with pharma, biotech, healthcare, and lab customers to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ direct sales experience with demonstrated results.
• Experience selling capital equipment or capital purchases preferred.
• Experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare/life sciences.
• Willingness to travel overnight up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage assigned area to maximize sales and engage Key Accounts and channels.
• Conduct product training for customers and channels.
• Develop and execute sales plans and objectives to meet sales goals.
• Engage with customer business and scientific needs to determine best distribution channels.
