Job summary

Distinguished Vineyards & Wine Partners in the United States is seeking an Area Sales Manager for Southern California to drive account and wholesaler engagement, grow distribution in priority fine wine accounts and regional chains, and partner with leadership to set pricing and market priorities. This remote, full-time role reports to the Pacific Region Sales and Chain Director.

Qualifications

• Fine wine sales experience; 3+ years preferred.
• Knowledge of the 3-tier system is a plus.
• Experience selling to on/off premise channels.
• Wine-related accreditation desired (WSET, MS, etc).
• Proficiency with Excel, Nielsen data, Salesforce is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Active in market 3 days per week and manage key accounts.
• Own and grow direct relationships with top on/off premise accounts.
• Build relationships with select chains in the area.
