Job summary

Western Funding Inc. in the US seeks an Area Sales Manager to drive funded deals with dealer partners across North America. This full-time role combines remote work with frequent travel to dealers and on-site meetings.

You’ll build strong relationships, onboard new dealers, and train partners on Western Funding programs to accelerate growth and financing of customers. The position reports to Regional Sales Managers and offers a robust compensation plan with base salary plus commissions, mileage

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent
• College degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of Automotive, Finance and Sales
• Experience in Financial Services or car dealership environment
• 1-2 years in a challenging sales role with a proven track record
• Clear and effective presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques
• Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technology
• Results oriented and able to work independently or in a team
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time

Responsibilities

• Present company products and services to dealership management in person
• Identify sales prospects and contact assigned accounts
• Follow-up on new leads and referrals
• Develop and grow dealer partnerships within Independent and Franchise dealer networks
• Communicate current programs to dealer partners via phone or in person
• Train dealers on proper documentation for fast funding of contracts
