Amrize is seeking a Gaco Area Manager Field Sales to drive growth in the Oregon and Washington markets. You will expand fluid-applied coatings sales, build relationships with contractors, dealers and building owners, and deliver value-based solutions to achieve regional sales goals.

The role requires a strong sales track record, travel readiness (75%), and excellent communication skills. You will lead timely training, engage in local trade shows and manage the territory plan for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of roofing/waterproofing material or commercial coatings sales.
• Willing and able to travel up to 75% of the time.

Responsabilités

• Represent Gaco roof coatings and waterproofing products to architects, engineers, building owners, distributors, and contractors.
• Manage ongoing sales process, build relationships, respond to customer needs, and close sales.
• Generate and follow up on new customer leads.
• Document all leads and follow up contact.
• Develop and execute territory business and marketing plans.
• Meet or exceed annual sales and gross profit targets.
• Travel frequently and present professionally.
• Conduct on-site training events.
• Represent Gaco at local and regional trade shows.
• Manage territory sales budget.
• Serve as subject matter expert on products and competition.
• Promote health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments.
