Gaco is seeking a New Construction National Account Manager to drive revenue and expand market share for its commercial building envelope solutions. You will develop partnerships with top General Contractors, architects, and specifiers to secure Gaco products nationwide.

The role emphasizes strategic outreach, technical consultation on SPF, sealants and coatings, and close collaboration with regional teams to win bids and manage projects end-to-end.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategic sales or national account management in commercial building materials.
• Deep familiarity with building envelope systems (foam, roof coatings, fluid membranes).
• Experience with construction-tracking tools and CRMs; willingness to travel nationally.

Responsabilités

• Prospect and manage national account opportunities with top GCs and specs.
• Lead end-to-end engagement with architects, GCs, developers and industry consultants.
• Provide technical consultation on SPF, decking, and roof coatings.
• Collaborate with regional sales, tech service, and marketing to bid and execute projects.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and provide forecast and market insights.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety and environmental policies.
